Returns Policy

If you have purchased an Ardo product and wish to return it, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase.  The product must be completely unused, in unopened packaging, and in saleable condition.  Please contact us on 1300 GO ARDO (46 2736).

We are unable to accept a return if it has been used.  If you have purchased an Ardo product and it isn’t working the way you had hoped, please contact us on 1300 GO ARDO (46 2736) for troubleshooting and support.  Here are some issues you might be experiencing:

  • Low or no suction

This could be due to an incorrectly assembled pump set.  Please see the video (link to: assembling Pumpset video) here, and follow the instructions to ensure you are assembling this correctly.

If this still doesn’t work, please check the condition of your service parts (the soft silicone parts attached to your pump set).  These parts will wear out over time, and even small tears and holes can affect the function of the pump greatly.  It’s important to check all parts regularly, and handle these delicate parts with care.

  • Incorrect sized breast shell

The flange size you need can change over time, and can be different for each breast.  For assistance in sizing, please refer to your breast shell gauge (included with your pump), or reach out to your lactation consultant or medical professional to ensure you’re using the correct sized flanges.
