Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (we strive for same day, but if you order after 3pm Queensland time we may be struggling!) from our Virginia, Queensland, Warehouse.
We ship using Australia Post in Express Post satchels or boxes, depending on the size of the order.
Most orders on the east coast will arrive to you overnight, but you know Australia – we have parts of our country that *may* take over a week to reach. If you’re in a remote area, keep this in mind. Australia Post will do their best as always!
If you’d like us to do an urgent guaranteed overnight delivery, give us a call and we will see what can be arranged via TNT Freight – it may cost a little extra, but be worth it! 07 3862 2000 is the number, and chat to Katie or Julie.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Ardo breastpumps are personal hygiene products and are classified as medical devices, therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless:
A. The product is in a saleable condition - no seals or packaging opened; no products or components have been used.
B. The product is faulty on receipt of goods.
Please telephone us to arrange return of any faulty product. You’ll need your invoice number and the date of purchase, and we may get you to send a pic for diagnostics to us by email. All these goods should be returned within 14 business days. Please also take note and read the Warranty Card which will be included with your device.
